There is a high staff to children ratio in order to give every child individual attention. When your childstarts the nursery he or she will be assigned a Key Worker. The Key Worker is responsible for a small group of children within the room.All staff at Bambino either possess a relevant childcare qualification, or are on a training programme with a recognised training provider. The nursery invests continuously in staff training and development which brings new ideas and initiatives into the workplace, while maintaining high standards and keeping staff up to date with new legislation.
