The Practitioners

At Bambino Day Nurseries all our practitioners have been selected for their qualifications, experience and particularly their love of children.  The practitioners, who work together as a team, have high expectations and create a stimulating environment where children can develop into loving, caring and responsible individuals with the confidence to succeed.  Great emphasis is placed on encouraging children to achieve their full learning potential by positive praise.

The nursery employs over and above the minimum adult to child ratios in order to give every child individual attention.   This also helps us to provide continuity of care to all the children as they are familiar with all the practitioners in the nursery.

All practitioners at Bambino Day Nurseries Ltd either posses a relevant childcare qualification, or are on a training programme with a recognised training provider.  The nursery invests continuously in training and development for the practitioners, which brings new ideas and initiatives into the workplace, while maintaining high standards.
